Cultivated meat has recently emerged as an alternative source of protein that could meet future demand while addressing the challenges associated with traditional livestock. In this training, participants will be introduced to the general concepts of cellular agriculture and the use of bioprocessing technologies in cultivated meat production. Participants will gain laboratory experience in cell culture cultivation and bioreactor operation as they traverse the path from cell isolation to ultimately generating a final product.
