We start by taking a sesame-seed-sized sample of cells and nurturing them to naturally grow into meat using tissue engineering techniques. Our process uses no growth hormones, is antibiotic-free, and devoid of zoonotic diseases, making our meat healthier. Cultivated meat is produced using tissue engineering techniques traditionally used in regenerative medicines

1st: The Best Source

Like a farmer who selects the healthiest and best steers for the butcher, we pick and screen the healthiest animals and cells for our meat via simple biopsy. Instead of heading for the freezer, the animals are free to roam the fields once we’ve collected a sample of cells.

2nd: Grown Naturally

The finest livestock start their journey on a free-range farm. They grow stronger with natural food and environment, so that’s exactly what we provide for our cells. Cells are placed in a bioreactor, and we induce these cells to grow and proliferate. Lots of nutrients, vitamins, a comfy climate and fresh air.

3rd: Nurtured Carefully

As nature takes its course, the cells we started with grow to become fully fledged muscle and fat, just like they would inside an animal. The cells rapidly divide, they will be moved through a series of larger and larger bioreactors. With enough care and attention, our meat soon reaches maturity.

4th: Harvest

After weeks of careful nurturing, our cultivated meat is ready for harvest. Much like gathering the finest produce from the field, we meticulously collect the mature muscle and fat cells that have developed naturally in our bioreactors. This process is conducted with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality of meat. The final product is a delicious and sustainable alternative to traditional meat, ready to be cooked and enjoyed—all without any harm to animals or the environment.
