Malaysia’s 1st Batch of Professional Cultivated Meat Course (August 8, 2023 – December 7, 2024)
We are proud to announce the successful completion of Malaysia’s first professional cultivated meat course, a landmark initiative jointly undertaken by Cell AgriTech and Universiti Sains Malaysia.
This four-month journey has been a rich mix of theoretical knowledge and hands-on lab experience for our participants. We extend our deepest appreciation to Dr. Mohamad Hafizi Abu Bakar, Dr. Ana Masara Ahmad Mokhtar, Dr. Tan Joo Shun, and Dr. Siti Balqis Zulfigar for their commitment and contributions in developing the essential skills for the emerging sector of cellular agriculture in Malaysia, as well as to NCER Malaysia for their invaluable support.
This course marks just the beginning of our journey in cultivated meat ecosystem in Malaysia. We congratulate all our participants and look forward to collectively advancing the understanding and communication of the safety and benefits of cultivated meat to the public through science.
